Got home late after a long day on campus preparing the PODS camera-ready version. Had a big snack, then hit Strawberry the Mansion loop. I felt GREAT today and very nearly just Loop'd it, but decided to stick to the original plan. I had a nice kick on the way home for once. It's amazing how cycling will loosen your legs up. The numbers: 9.75mi in 1h11m42s = 7:22 pace.
I've switched my workout log to Running Ahead at the beginning of the month. I really like being able to save routes, track miles on each pair of shoes I have, and graph my miles. Here are the last two weeks. Notice how much of a step-back last week was from two weeks ago.
