Did 4K on the erg. First time I've been on that contraption in a long tim. Arms hurt. I'll have to remember to get back to Hutch now that it's open again and do some arms and back.

Nate - Schuylkill Waterworks Run

Ran to the river and up past the Art Museum - about 3 miles. Ran into Park dedication with City Council and Mayor on the way home! They set up right under a bridge and I nearly ran into some VIP.

Nate - Hutch aerobic

Did 1 hr at Hutch. 20 minutes on exercise bike, 30 minutes on elliptical and 10 minutes situps. Best day all week. Must have sweat a gallon because the girl at the swipe card desk had all the fans pointing at her and it was over 90 degrees today.

Nate - Volleyball

Played volleyball with the regular wednesday night crowd. Chinese setter didn't show up so it was crappy. Played for 2 hours but intensity was not great.

Did 40 minutes in Hutch fitness center. 20 minutes on stationary bike and 20 minutes on elliptical.

Nate - Rock Creek Park run redux

Ran the 3 mile loop in Rock Creek Park again. It hurt a lot, again. Got passed by a ~50 year old woman who was running wind sprints up the hill to Calvert. Very humbling.

Ran 3 mile loop in Rock Creek Park and back to Kalorama. It was first workout since going to 5 Corners Volleyball Center 3 weeks earlier. It hurt, a lot.
