I have some serious brand loyalty to Asics (going back to volleyball; bought a pair of Mizunos once and they sucked!). My current ones have about 350 miles on them and with REI's Member sale, a sweet dividend, and three gift cards burning a hole in my pocket... it seemed like time to order some new shoes. The 2100s were great, 2110s were not--all squishy and soft, and 2120s have been wonderful. Hoping 2130s are even better.

Pretty pretty.... shoes?

I think they recommend getting new shoes every 300 miles, or is it 3 months? Or is that a tooth brush?
I like the new kicks. I like Asics too, but my outdoor (spiky) ones feel like I run on my heels. My lightweight ones rule, and I'm going to need new ones someday. I just spent my REI cards on a roof rack for the ride (see pics on Flickr).
