Friday: rested.
Saturday: ran 7-8mi in about an hour in Dee Cee. Ran from Limmah's place down to G'town, then into the park at P St, along the drive and past the Zoo to Tilden St, then up the hill to Connecticut St, and back down to Kalorama.
