Woke up with the sun at 6, and was out the door by 6.15. I ran the AM Loop, which is 3.91 miles (not 4 as I'd been assuming--it's exactly 2 at the turnaround, but I usually walk home from 22nd and South.) I wasn't hoping for anything other than an easy run, and I didn't bring my watch anyways.
