Sunday is Tuesday is Sunday.

I never seem to get my long run in on the weekend. I did 9.5mi today: easy pace for the first 6, then kicked it up to regular pace for the last bit. So Tuesday will be my long day. Next weekend is the Philly Distance Run, so I gotta think how I can take it easy at the end of the week. I guess 4 tomorrow, long run on Tuesday, 3 on Wednesday, light 6 on Thursday, off, 2 on Saturday, then race. I want to run it in the lower 1:30s, but that may be ambitous...
