As if on cue, the weather has turned cold (and very wet) for the return of the undergrads. It is amazing how quickly we go from the lazy days of August to the hubub of September.
Ran a pre-train 3.9mi, including a 5k in the middle right in 20:00. My 19:30 goal for 3 weeks is still a stretch, but maybe with some dedicated speed work I can push the first few miles 10-20 ticks faster. Cooled down with a (coincidentally) 3.9mi spin on the bike.
