Pottruck

Ran 3mi in 20:40--1mi warmup, then 2mi @ 6:45 pace. I want to kick up the intensity of all my workouts a bit for the second half of the marathon program. It felt good to get a little winded. Then did my usual arms circuit (bench, row, shoulder press, pulldowns, tris), then biked 5mi and stretched a little to loosen out.
