I want to train harder, I want to run outside, but instead I find myself at Pottruck doing a half-assed 'speed' session. Sigh. Doing a training program but cheating on the long run and the speedwork is ... well, just running a lot of miles. I suppose it's good for one's health, but I'm not going to get fast this way. Double sigh.
But enough bitching, here are the stats: just under 5mi total, 2mi warmup, 4x800 at paces varying from 9.0-10.0mph (the 10.0 hurt!), a cooldown. Lifted legs (press, hamstring, reverse curl thingees).
