Evening

Did 4x800s @ 9.5mph (=6:18 pace). Ran 1.5mi warmup and .5 mi cooldown, plus 1mi in between for 5mi total. Then met Matt, Cat, Chris, and Teagan for dinner @ Marigold Kitchen. Good times, good times.
