Bookends


Yesterday ran 1mi at Hutch, then lifted arms again (wasn't sore from yesterday, too few reps for the weight I was doing.)

Today did another long run to round out the week. I ran the Falls Bridge loop = 11mi @ an easy, 7:45/mi pace.

YTD is through Lancaster, almost to banks of the Susquehanna. Then on to York!

wow nate thats really good, I can't believe you thought that I would be able to keep up with you at broad street. So what did you say your goal was, 6:30 miles?

haha. dude, i wasn't planning on telling people my goal! i guess it's public now so yes, that's the goal. 10 miles, 65 minutes. cara says the route is slightly downhill. i'm counting on that. and on you to run with me so we can pace eachother. i think if we alternate setting the pace we can pull each other along.

alright, well maybe I can stay with you for first few miles or something but I am not in very good running shape right now, when is the race again?
