Rest of the week

Can't remember a lot of the details, but have been playing a lot of ball and climbing a lot of stairs:
  • Wednesday: Run + Stepper + life arms
  • Thursday: VB + run + stepper + lift legs
  • Friday: VB + run + stepper + jump rope
  • Saturday: Art Museum run, 30min stepper, 1mi cooldown
  • Tonight: 6mi treadmill run in 43min.
All this lifting and stepping has given me a few new fast gears. Everything feels good now.
