Took it easy today with a Pottruck workout.
3mi treadmill run. Easy warmup for first 10 minutes, then up the ladder to finish at 9.2mph. 21:20 total.
Then full leg lifting circuit: press, quad + hamstring dodads, lunges, calf raises. 3 sets each, 12-20 reps depending on the exercise.
Then lots of stretching.
