Did my usual Tuesday run: Montgomery Loop via Mantua. Started easy, then sped up on the Concourse to what felt like tempoish pace (a 6:40 on the measured mile on MLK Dr). Went easy from Chestnut Bridge back to Pottruck.
I'm afraid that I might be entering overtraining territory. Last week had two days with more than 13mi, and I feel like I'm recovering a little slower than usual?
